  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 also known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American rapper and singer. The stage name he uses is the name of a favorite uncle and the first name of Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing deal with GOOD Music with Kanye West. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. He has signed with Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self released in 2013. The mixtape was later followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his debut studio album, featured the hit single "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016), became his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott's second album, called Birds in the Trap: Sing McKnight (2016) was made in collaboration with Quavo. The album was called Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his debut Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode", featuring Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in late in 2019 by Cactus Jack Records. It reached the top of the Billboard 200. Scott's hit single "Franchise" which featured Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, came out. Scott was the first performer on the Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within a year.
